Can I get my order shipped even when I am not at home?

Of course, it is possible to get your order shipped without being home to receive it. At the payment process, you can simply indicate that a signature upon receiving the package is not required. The carrier will leave the package at your delivering address. However, when you ask for "signature not required", we are not responsible for the package after it being delivered at your location.

Can we get our order shipped anywhere else that our billing address?

Yes, it is possible to ship anywhere else than your billing address to facilitate the reception.

Do you ship to Europe?

Yes, for outside North America, the website will calculate (depending on the shopping cart) the shipping price depending on quantity and size of the products. We complete the customs documentation according to Canadian standards. In the case where the package is refused by the importing country, we are not responsible for the package return fee. The customs fee is calculated by the importing country and we can't give the fees that are at the expenses of the customer. We only ship by ground. We can't ship the rail for the barn door hardware, we can only ship the barn door hardware without the rail.

If we are absent during delivery?

The carrier will leave you a delivery notice, you can contact the carrier to help you in receiving your order or you can directly contact us to help you with the further reception of your purchase.
